Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

At the close in Copenhagen, the declined 0.32% to hit a new 6-months low.

The best performers of the session on the were Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:), which rose 0.78% or 1.00 points to trade at 129.60 at the close. Meanwhile, Rockwool International B (CSE:) added 0.54% or 16.00 points to end at 2,996.00 and Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:) was up 0.35% or 2.70 points to 771.50 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Carlsberg A/S B (CSE:), which fell 4.38% or 34.40 points to trade at 751.00 at the close. Jyske Bank A/S (CSE:) declined 3.01% or 14.60 points to end at 470.40 and AP Moeller – Maersk A/S A (CSE:) was down 2.96% or 295.00 points to 9,670.00.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 98 to 31 and 19 ended unchanged.

Shares in Carlsberg A/S B (CSE:) fell to 3-years lows; losing 4.38% or 34.40 to 751.00.

Crude oil for December delivery was up 1.96% or 1.32 to $68.53 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 1.92% or 1.36 to hit $72.09 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.58% or 16.05 to trade at $2,797.15 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was down 0.41% to 6.87, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.02% to 7.46.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.30% at 103.88.
