Is the blue for Irish only and everyone else can use the yellow?

I’m guessing (and hoping) that this sign is merely a distribution instruction that wasn’t removed upon the stock’s delivery to its location. The small print below the ‘Irish Only’ text appears to be a business address. Could it be that this particular stock is only for the Irish market? That being said, I could be completely wrong, and I stand to be corrected.

You didn’t by any chance take this in the Lidl in Ballinasloe? I was there a few hours ago and saw this exact same sign and it was also on the bleach boxes.
I’ll be on the look at for these at the local Lidl. Might be starting a trend.
