Russian army says it has seized east Ukraine town of Selydove in latest advance • FRANCE 24

Russia’s defence ministry said Tuesday that its forces had captured the eastern Ukrainian town of Selydove as Moscow’s troops advance closer to the key logistics hub of Pokrovsk. The Russian army took 478 square kilometres of Ukrainian territory in October, a record since the first weeks of the conflict in March 2022, according to an AFP analysis of data from the American Institute for the Study of War (ISW).

  1. 0:55 I'm sorry what? 160 000 troops would boost the Ukrainian army numbers by 85%? That would mean their army is down to 24 000 soldiers. They had 1 300 000 soldiers at one point, hell they recruited 500 000 soldiers to replenish their numbers this summer! What happened to all those people???

  2. The West have destroyed Ukraine. They sacrificed that country in their power tussle against Russia. Too bad, most Ukrainians still believe the west means well for them, when they clearly don't.
