Weird prompts, they seems so not relevant to me. I worry about dissolving civic life, trust in institutions, government and private debt, inflation, wars of choice, crime rising.
Climate change didn’t even make the top 10?
Where TF is climate change in the American mind and this survey?
Many of the choices intersect with climate change and come just shy of the top 10.
I’m mostly afraid some weird person is going to start a conversation with me. :shudder:
Family Feud category research
Corrupt Government Officials???
Was this poll only given to Maga crazies?
Who sits around worrying about that?
I’d like to know if a single person reading my comment has ever spent any time at all in their entire life worrying about “corrupt government officials”?
I have all these fears lol. But I don’t think about them everyday.
I would love to know what the choices were, because this poll seems skewed all to hell. You’re trying to tell me that *ALL* of Americans’ top fears are political in nature? I mean, where are the classic standards like “public speaking?” “Heights?” “Spiders?”
This is actually quite interesting. We keep hearing about how foreign affairs don’t matter to the average American, whereas clearly they do.
Accidentally, tripping, falling, getting knocked out, and waking up 5 years later in the French riviera as a popular cross dresser known for her titillating straight covers of the entire 6 album discography of the spin doctors didn’t even crack the top 10?
Plastics in everything slowly destroying the earth is not on here?
And where is AI displacing all our jobs?
I find it weird that almost all of the categories ended up around 50%.
“Immigrants of color taking over the country” didn’t make the count.
Love the way that fear of corrupt government officials plummeted after Trump was kicked out.
