Same as those really annoying kids in blue jackets outside every bloody station – not a charity and just money grabbing.
But he wearing a camouflage hat and hoodie. Must be genuine
Didn’t people from Britain First get caught doing the same thing a few years ago? They had stalls setup in the street, pretending to be affiliated with the Royal British Legion.
This guy was at the Shepherd’s Bush station last Saturday, almost gave him money but my kids had to go to the loo so had to rush and not give him anything
That’s terrible! I guess it goes to show you should only give money to established charities (ie Red Cross, Salvation Army, UNICEF).
I’ve walked past these guys many times, never given them money but that is a real shame.
Thank you for the warning – I’ll be in London on Remembrance (taking a token for my Dad to the Bomber Command Memorial) and scumfuckers like that make me sick…
I’ve actually seen this guy a few months ago, close to Oxford Street.
I’ve seen them around Moorgate a lot, something just seemed a bit weird about the branding. I thought it was a paintball/SAS type away day thing at first.
Are you sure? The man behind the stand looks like an upstanding gent and no way sus at all.

Just as the British legion are out… I think we’ve reached the bottom of the barrel boys
https://register-of-charities.charitycommission.gov.uk/en/charity-search/-/results/page/1/delta/20/keywords/14349080 It’s true that nothing comes back against the charity number.
I mean… seriously…
A real interesting read here about this lot:

I wanted to donate but with so many douchebags pretending to be homeless and now this makes me want to not give a penny
These make interesing reading, assuming they are accurate.
