    The FCDO outlines its stance on essential travel, explaining: “Whether travel is essential or not is your own decision. You may have urgent family or business commitments which you need to attend to. Only you can make an informed decision based on your own individual circumstances and the risks.”

    No documents. Can’t return to my own country because I’m in danger.

    Imagine tens of thousands of brits claiming asylum in a Middle Eastern country and getting housed and fed by their governments. It wouldn’t be tolerated.
