I really wonder when’s the city going to finally start working on a good draining system. My city — not in Spain — suffers from the same problem, not in this intensity, but one day it just might. Streets start to look like a pool just because of the poor draining system. And this isn’t something new, and one day, those 200 losses could go even higher. Just terrible governing.
