  1. Parents introducing ther wains to northern irish drug & alcohol culture gets younger & younger every year. Pretty soon youll be a bad mother if you arent kegfeeding your newborn before you breastfeed them

  2. One – Two – Thee – Four
Shout ma name if you wanna hear more…

  3. I used to go to under 18 club nights never a rave though bet the kids love it

  4. Those pesky young people, socializing with peers of their own age, having a dance , making memories and forming friendships through a common appreciation for a similar type of music with others in or around their own age.. how dare they.

    /s.

  5. I mean…. When I was a wean I went to teen discos too.

    HEEEEEEEEEEEEY HEY BABY! (HOOO, HA)
    I WANNA KNOOOOOOOW
    IF YOULL BE MY GIRL

  6. Good for them!

Beats the piss out of hanging around street corners and in parks. If they even go out.

  7. Used to be in an old church hall back in the 90s, the guy in the tuck shop that sold sweets also sold single fegs. Loads of necking and smoking fegs, class craic

  8. Ah, off to listen to the latest disco tunes is see.

Some hip and hop? A little…. *electronic dance music*, perhaps?

  9. Used to go to Chesters in moira for this kind of carryon way back when.

  10. Sure it was the same at Club Eden in Newcastle way back. Ok way way back.

We would have been wearing our school shoes and black trousers with a β€œnice shirt” haha

  11. Remember seeing Robert Miles at a similar event way back. Brilliant memories.

  12. It was mad lad you wouldn’t even know. We were on the capris from 4 it was lit. How I imagine the group chat after haha

  13. I’d have loved something like this when I was young. Bet they had an amazing time πŸ₯°

  14. Takes me back to the underage discos at Lisburn leisure centre . First carryout out of hagues consisting of a six pack of red dog .

  15. Anyone here old enough to have went to the Energy 106 under 18’s discos in Dundonald Ice bowl back the day? I remember seeing Alice DeeJay do a live PA and was all biz haha. We used to go to them things and see how many people you could kiss in the one night, boke at the thought of that now!

  16. Dare I say Belfast has finally waved goodbye to the dark ages with this event. 🀞🀞🀞

  17. Used to go to events like that but it was more catered from 13-16 crowd and it was brilliant. Looks class tbh

  18. I’d rather have kids at gigs, than fighting or making worse choices on the street doing drugs

  19. that’s awesome.

used to be a disco in the local youth center we’d go to but they shut it down. it had good supervision so you couldn’t get away with much (my mum was there at times). on the streets, not so much and we started on the drink, soapbar and e’s.

  20. Aw, they should have more things like this for the kids. It’ll wear them out and let them meet other ones their age. Like Funky Monkeys for pre teens

  21. Just think, their ‘classics’ is music from 2021

  22. These have been going on at Seaview for years, it’s great to see

  23. I like that the elders are allowed to have a look from the gimmers gallery

This is a totally brilliant idea and we need to have so many more things like this for teens
