Billionaire entrepreneur and “Shark Tank” star Mark Cuban has become a vocal critic of Donald Trump in recent years.

However, throughout his public political clashes with the former president, Cuban has quietly owned a luxurious condo in Trump International Hotel and Tower on Central Park West for nearly 25 years, records obtained by The Post reveal.

The Dallas-based mogul — who has thrown his support behind Vice President Kamala Harris during the current presidential campaign — purchased the 3,700-square-foot property on the 45th floor of the iconic Trump Tower in July 2000 for $13.5 million.

For Cuban, it seems, luxury real estate in a prime location trumps politics.

The investor, who first made his fortune in computer software, had backed Trump for president in 2016 but recently alluded to a fallout between them after he took office.

Cuban said he felt Trump was “the best thing to happen to politics because he wasn’t a typical candidate,” when he first ran, but then he “kind of grew out of it,” in a recent interview on the “This Past Weekend with Theo Von” podcast.

When pushed further, Cuban said that “whenever you try to get into a conversation about details,” with Trump “it never worked,” but he admitted to still working with him when the COVID-19 pandemic hit the US In 2020.

“He asked me to come help during COVID. When he asked me to help about healthcare, I showed up, right, because country over party. And I would do it again if he wins, but I hope he doesn’t,” he said.

Cuban also clarified on the podcast although he supports Kamala Harris, he has not donated money to any political campaign since 2001.

When contacted by The Post, Cuban declined to comment on his Trump building residence.

The condo purchase was made through The Radical Revocable Trust, a company Cuban oversees as trustee, records show.

The property deed, signed in 2000, transferred ownership to Cuban’s trust and includes specifications of the unit’s layout and rights to shared amenities.

Cuban is primarily based in Dallas but has a wide-ranging real estate portfolio which also includes properties in California and Florida.
