I think banning fireworks apart from organised displays would be quite popular (and unpopular too).

I’m generally against outright banning things, but people go mental with fireworks.
Where I live we’re basically going to be stuck with fireworks almost every night now until well into January, mainly down to the local youth who like to set them off in the local park.
I don’t know how easy it would be to enforce this ban, are there enough police to attend every person (suspected of) setting them off?
