It is interesting that Ukraine has not declared war against North Korea. I don’t know what this means, legally, but it seems like no one declares war anymore, Russia and Ukraine included.
Things are going south very quickly in the world and uncle Kim can’t afford to miss the opportunity. A unified korean nation is not going to build itself so he must be prepared for when the time is right.
Has Ukraine officially declared war on Russia? I know Russia hasn’t for sure. I doubt NK has either but I don’t know.
