Artificial intelligence-powered unified observability platform provider Kloudfuse Inc. today announced the launch of Kloudfuse 3.0, an updated platform that it claims transforms observability in today’s enterprises.
Kloudfuse 3.0 sees customers gaining access to features such as Real User Monitoring and Continuous Profiling, along with tools to manage large amounts of real-time data, new AI capabilities, a new query language and updated deployment options.
The release unifies observability by integrating metrics, events, logs and traces with additional data streams for a more comprehensive view. The approach allows organizations to monitor and manage their entire digital infrastructure in real-time.
New in Kloudfuse 3.0 is Digital Experience Monitoring, which includes Real User Monitoring for deep insights into user experiences across digital transactions. Session Replays provide replays of user journeys, helping businesses enhance customer satisfaction and engagement by visualizing user interactions.
Another innovation in the release is Continuous Profiling, a feature that operates continuously to identify performance bottlenecks in real time. The feature works by analyzing processor usage, memory allocation and disk I/O to ensure that code runs optimally while reducing resource usage and improving efficiency.
The new releases also gets a boost in AI and analytics capabilities with advanced tools such as rolling quantile, SARIMA and DBScan, along with new features for more precise data analysis. The addition of Prophet, an AI tool used for anomaly detection and forecasting, enhances anomaly detection and forecasting by handling missing data and various seasonal patterns effectively.
Also added in the release is K-Lens, an AI-driven tool that detects outliers, quickly identifying and visualizing the root causes of issues in large datasets to streamline debugging and incident resolution. The tool analyzes thousands of attributes to quickly pinpoint the root causes of issues, accelerating debugging and incident resolution with clear visualizations such as heatmaps and multi-attribute chart series.
Additionally, Kloudfuse 3.0 introduces support for the new FuseQL language. The language includes advanced log query capabilities, including multi-dimensional aggregations and filters that address the limitations of older languages such as LogQL.
For high-volume observability data, Kloudfuse 3.0 also efficiently manages vast amounts of real-time observability data through its scalable data lake and advanced shaping capabilities. Key features include Log Archival and Hydration, which provide immediate access to historical logs for compliance while reducing storage costs, and Cardinality Analysis, which offers real-time insights to manage high cardinality data.
“Our advanced features — including Digital Experience Monitoring, powerful AI/ML capabilities, advanced analytics and visualizations, a new query language and Continuous Profiling — not only enhance customer satisfaction but also enable developers to identify and address performance bottlenecks with unprecedented efficiency,” said co-founder and Chief Executive Krishna Yadappanavar.
Kloudfuse, which launched last year, is a venture capital-backed startup that has raised $23 million in funding. Investors include Newlands, Blumberg Capital, Exponent, Pathlight VEntures, Asperwood Ventures and HighSage.
