I am a US citizen, and a US combat veteran. I have never been more personally disppointed in my country as I am from the elections last night. The American people failed the longsuffering and heroic men and women of Ukraine by voting in Putin's friend, Donald Trump into the office of PotUS.

I will personally continue to support Ukraine through donations and by vocally championing the Ukrainian struggle against real brutality evil, greed, hate and malice of Russia that contines to commit atrocities and countless war crimes against Ukraine. I fear for the worst. That Trump will negotiate a "peace" that will see the territory Russia has captured given to Russia, Putin's hands wiped clean of war crimes, and Russia given time to refit and rearm its war machine to finish its illegal and immoral war in another stage later on.

I wish I, and others like me had done more to help our country stand beside you. I am filled with regret. I hope that I am wrong, that their is some hope for something better.

Slava Ukraini.

  1. To every American that feels this way. Don’t apologize. Donate.

Apologies won’t make a difference to the people on the front lines risking their lives for freedom. Dollars will.

Prove you are part of the resistance. And since you’re not gonna fight for it, fund it.

  2. Well said and I agree. It’s a difficult day to be a U.S. citizen, for many of us who love freedom.

  3. Trump is not Putin’s friend, trump is Putin’s little fucking bitch, there’s a difference

  4. I genuinely feel sick to my stomach. Im not looking forward to seeing whats coming at all.

  5. As an American completely opposed to Donald Trump and appalled by those that chose him, I can honestly say that my biggest worry is for Ukraine – with any luck we can undo the damage he causes here in the US but Ukraine doesn’t have the luxury on time.

  6. Yes now apologize for Obama and Clinton giving the protected technologies that russia now uses against Ukraine and the rest of the world in the GREAT RESET with that stupid red button.

Calling Mitt Romney and Sarah Palin stupid for saying russia is a threat. Yes Democrats had their foreign policy right.

SNL “I can see russia from my house” ,,, that did not age well did it?

  7. (uk) Ukraine is not without allies, but yes it will be more difficult now. however we are committed to stand with you until the end of the conflict, and a promise is a promise. Slava Ukraine!

  8. As Zelensky has said Trump will not change the will of the Ukrainian peoples neither their sovereign territory as long as EU is able to compensate such aid in case Trump will start to act as a bully to satisfy his political desire… EU should build its army regardless of the president of USA 🤷‍♂️

  9. This is truly awful. I could not sleep last night and today I have no appetite. We are surrounded by absolute imbeciles.

  10. Ultimately Biden and co did nowhere near enough the last 3 years, they could’ve ended the war at any point if they’d shown the courage to do it.

  11. Only a lil luck and I really will see WW3 😀 it’s so funny what a retarded species we are.

  12. You don’t need to apologize any more than anyone else does for the way things have gotten. The people that have been in power the last 40 years are all to blame, the cold war never ended. It was just on hold.

  13. This is one of the most sickening political elections I’ve ever seen in my life. I can’t even blame it on corruption or fake ballots or anything else. Just other Americans.

  14. As an European I can’t express how sorry I feel for the 50 percentage of voters with brains who’ve voted for Harris. It’s a shame to see this orange clown in the White House and bending forward for putin.

  15. This will go down in history as Putin and Russia’s greatest op. They picked their man, entrapped him, and got him elected to the highest office in the country.

  16. Maybe now there will be less obligation to not send a HIMARS to moscow. They still have time to send them a few more long range before tRump is sworn in

  17. The election just showed us europeans that we can’t trust usa as a partner anymore. But I really Hope that we Europeans can and will increase our defense budget and bring Ukraine too the victory line in the fight off evil. But I don’t thing we can even to that…

  18. I am from Belgium (EU) all of us europeans. LET US STAND TOGETHER AND SUPPORT UKRAINE. If the USA won’t support Ukraine WE MUST! Donate, talk to your family and friends about it, support Ukraine!

  19. Talking like this about your countrymen is precisely what allowed Trump to win.

Nobody likes to be lectured/talked down to; saying “they’re voting against their own interests” like they’re all idiots is how we got here.

This kind of meaningless virtue signal where you also impugn the majority of voters (again, the majority of voters) is counterproductive.

I can’t see how people don’t see this.

  20. It’s an American election, for the benefit of United States of America, not the world. US citizens don’t vote because of foreign affairs, they vote for domestic issues.

  21. Yea can’t really complain, Biden had 3 years to sort this out, so democrats did nothing more than to keep Ukraine afloat and were terrified of Russian “escalation”. Russia is advancing now and North Koreans joined in, and we have had zero tangible response from US to turn this war around, from tanks, f16s, himars etc. Now they lost the election to Trump, no one to blame but themselves.

  22. It is a horror show. The obvious propaganda 55% of my nation consumes so unquestioningly is incredibly disappointing.

We have Jeff Bezos sucking up to Donald Trump, terrified of the illegal retribution DJT can level against him. Must be great having so much money that you’re reduced to a terrified man-child by the fear that it will be taken away from you.

Wait to see what happens to news reporting in the coming years.

  23. This election was so poor. Shame on Trump voters.
Even Latinos, Asians and Afroamericans voted for this racist.
He destroys the last bondage in the world.

But I must correct that Trump is not the friend of Putin. He wished so. As Putler’s little helper Peskov said, Putin will not congratulate him.

  24. EU + UK needs to step up its support for Ukraine. They cannot rely on this manchild whose brain never evolved past the age of 13.

I agree that he will “end” the war by telling Ukraine to surrender by giving half of Ukraine to Russia and telling the American public what a great leader he is, how he stops wars, how they’ve never had a leader stop a war so quickly!

  25. Europe should be grateful that Ukraine has already taken out 700,000 Russian troops. The time to ramp up was last year, hopefully something good happens. Let’s face it, Russia will keep fighting and dying until they rise up against Putin themselves.

  26. I’m ashamed to be American. I hope Ukraine builds their nukes as promised to ensure their sovereignty and territorial integrity. If we refuse to help, we have no right to stop them from helping themselves.

  27. Thank you for your post. Personally, I want out of here. So many people voted against their best interests. Against the world’s best interest. They voted against the health and safety of their mothers, sisters, daughters. Against the safety and wellbeing of every minority group. I can’t trust the person next to me to do the right thing. I’ve lost faith in this country and I want out.

  28. As an American, The states failed the world with this election. The amount of ignorant and blind that walk among me here in Indiana is sickening. To think that Israel will likely continued getting our support but not Ukraine is fucking disgusting.

  29. Ukraine needs to just use all the US weapons it has however they please from now on. Fire away onto Russian soil.

What’s the US gonna do about it that it hasn’t already agreed to do by electing this cunt?
