It‘s cheap and heavy duty, you will find it in many public places like schools and universities. Less so in private housing.
It’s in the corridor of my apartment.
It’s also in the UK too
I once moved the refrigerator out of its corner in the dorm kitchen. I was happy to have a floor underneath that can handle mold and water.
Yes.
Best floor. You can flood it and clean it in 10 minutes 🙂
If it’s linoleum and not pvc it’s not even that cheap. But very popular for kindergarten, schools, youth hostels, student dorms, doctors offices or any other place that is supposed to look friendly and colorful but also needs to be wipeable.
Yep looks normal. Easy to keep clean.
It’s a very good floor. Can handle most things.
Oh, I puked on many of these… good times…
This is the typical flooring for public buildings – hospitals, schools, Studentenwerk dorms. You’ll rarely see it in private appartments
😄😄 mine is yellow to orange
You will never find it in private housong, because it is ugly af
Its often used in schools or other public buildings
Very common in Hostels, public buildings and hospitals. Im a nurse and I can say you can wipe everything simply off it.
Had the very same in my dorm room 15 years ago.
Yeah
This is the default texture of Germany.
It’s even common in facilities on US Army bases in Germany. I thought I was looking at a picture from work.
Our Azubi dorms have the same one, just way older and more stained lol (and not that colorful). I always feel like it just looks dirty no matter how hard you clean it :/
Yes, its the best and its sturdy. But dont ever drop something little on that floor, you wont find it again.
I know this flooring from hospital and dialysis centres.
Its cheap and sturdy, good fit for student dorms. Most people wouldn’t put it in flats/houses, but for student dorms it’s good, mine had the same.
Had the same one in my student dorm and was kinda annoyed, because it’s so ugly. But ist not cheap and really sturdy.
My dorm has similar flooring
My mum and grandma have it in their kitchens. Durable and easy to clean.
It was pretty common in the newer dorms I’ve been in, older ones will probably have carpet.
