CINCINNATI (WKRC) – TriHealth is notifying patients about a data breach involving one of its vendors.
The breach pertains to historical electronic documents in storage related to care provided by “For Women,” an OB-GYN group that joined TriHealth in 2020.
The incident did not involve any records created after the group became part of TriHealth, nor did it affect TriHealth’s computer network, the organization said.
