(I just noticed this is for a game called Monaco? Oh well…)

I recently visited Monaco for a few hours during a school trip to Europe, and in a certain area, I noticed that the trees nearby had [number tags](http://i.imgur.com/3UlSU3U.jpg) on them.
Is this the case for all trees in Monaco, or just this area, or does it mean something else entirely?

Thank you….(by the way, Monaco is beautiful!)

  1. Hey there. I live in Monaco and have noticed the tree tags on my walk to work.. but never gave it much thought. The public gardens are maintained by the [Direction de l’Aménagement Urbain](http://en.gouv.mc/Government-Institutions/The-Government/Ministry-of-Public-Works-the-Environment-and-Urban-Development/Department-of-Urban-Amenities). I guess they just have the tags to make sure they don’t lose any trees 😛. I’ll try to give them a call and let you know what they say.
