People who actually work don’t have thousands of papers accumulating on their desk. And there is a mayor in Monaco, so he doesn’t need to take that role like they say in the video. And calling him “green” is really bullshit, so green that he has put electrical billboards lighten up 24 hours a day all over the place, very green indeed; and he allowed so many constructions!! If he was green like he says he would say fuck off to everyone and not allow any additional construction considering that cement is a huge contributor of GHG.
