I had this idea in school to make a similar website and create a National Kebab League of sorts. You would travel around the country and eat meals for a review. “Could use less cabbage, but pickles were a nice touch. Four fried dumplings out of five”. Sort of what Užkalnis is kind of doing but with actual significance to the general population.
I love to see it being made by someone else.

There was an app “Shawarma Patrol” to find and rate bebabs in russian cities. Was created by some russian blogger, as I know. The app is maybe dead now
