Hey yall so I’m planning to go to Monaco for the summer, by myself. I want to wear this outfit and I also will have my hair in an Afro like the one pictured here. Now I know this is a European country so can anyone tell me how they would react to my hair? I’ve had many micro aggressions about my hair before so I don’t want to go through that. Also do you think they’re more conservative in the way they dress? If so I’ll change the outfit. Thanks everyone !!

You can wear and look however you want. In France catcalling on the street is a thing, it’s rare, but it happens. But honestly it can happen anyway, so dress as you want. The afro is quite common, that should not be a problem at all.

I consider it absolute class…!!! Even in Greece this is absolutely fine as well 😊👌
Very few people in MC will care about anyone’s hair. Some might take a double-glance at your hair, simply because it’s out of the ordinary of what people might normally see in Monaco, but in 99,9 % of the cases that won’t be with any malicious intentions.
In terms of how people dress, it really depends on who you are. There are people in suits and long dresses, t-shirts and shorts and everything in between. The ‘vibe’ really depends on when you are there and where you are. During the summer, Monaco is flooded with tourists. In the off-season people seem to be more conservative, but that might be due to changes in weather allowing for more clothes to put on.
So long story short; Your hair won’t get you in any trouble. Micro aggressions are very unlikely to happen, and your outfit should be fine if that’s what you feel comfortable in.
You can wear whatever you want but with a shape like yours a lot of men will notice 👀
Just make sure it’s summer else it’ll be chilly!
As long as you don’t go to the Opera, you’ll be absolutely fine.
Please don’t listen to anyone saying you’ll be ok. It is against the law to carry live ordnance on the streets as you’re a bombshell.
You can wear whatever you like. You can’t be naked, other than that there are no clothing restrictions.
