What does this mean?

I revieved a bunch of letters a week ago and saw them today.
I am a student working 2 mini-jobs, they are 21 hours a week but I talked to agentur für arbeit and they said that they have no restrictions on this if the total number of hours in the year is less that stated on my VISA. I didn’t work till May so my hours are almost 90% there. In Sept I started working more because it was semester break and might have worked more than 21 hours but less than 40. So what does this letter mean?
The bunch of letters are all forms asking me to give details.
What tax class am I?

  1. The only important thing requested in the letter is your confirmation of being a student in the WS=Wintersemester (winter terms).
If you don’t have it you need to ask your university. It’s required for your private health insurance which is stated as TKK (Technicians health insurance), a good one in my opinion but doesn’t really matter as it is obligatory being insured.

    Edit: misread something
