It would appear the African legal justice system and the English and Wales legal system believe in giving murderers a second chance with parole and freedom.
Those individuals whom the offender killed do not get a second chance – they’re gone for ever. Some May suffered brutally and cruelly at the hands of their assailant.
Punishment for murder rarely means life in prison. Imprisonment is often for less than 20 years. Life should mean life; you murdered and this should be 100years.
Legal justice does nothing meaningful for women who have been slain to protect them in life, or death.
