Denmark has a new king and in the last hour he’s been greeted by tens of thousands of people who gathered in the Danish Capital Copenhagen here you can see him as he stepped out to greet the crowds from the balcony of christiansborg Palace it was just after

The Danish Mony and I have to say you looking at King Frederick and Queen Mary there they both seem quite taken about by the size of the crowd and the response to them here in Denmark we saw the king wiping away a tear from his

He wasnt crowned
Tens of thousands? Estimates say 300.000 showed up!
Funny that you mentioned the have seen some pictures of the new crown prince but not a word about him when he stands there on the balcony right next to his father and other siblings.
Fun fact the police announced at 13.57 (3 minutes before Margarete abdicated) that no more people where allowed to enter the palace plaza for safety reasons. If we could there would have been a much bigger crowd. An entire week before almost all train tickets where sold out because so many people from all over the country wanted to come.
Tivoli had the biggest firework show in their 180 years of existence. It was only 12 minutes but they fired 1251 stars 2651 bombettes and 1251 big Roman candles. It will be decades before they can do anything like that again
Disgraceful and disgusting King! Can’t keep it in his Pants!!!

That's amazing not like Her Majesty that had to pass away first In order to have a new king in the UK
Je elske Danmark! Having said that, I wish the new royal family well. God save the king!

Love Denmark!What a glorious country❤
Proud of the new danish with the king of Denmark on it! 😂😂😢😮😅
Wait wait wait … “queen consult Mary”? How about showing some respect , she is our Royal Highness- her majesty Queen Mary -is the correct way to address her Majesty
You know what I find interesting? This actually got covered in the US too, but comments there are "who cares?" whereas here you have people from monarchies all over the world all sharing in celebration & joy for the Danish people & their royal family. If ever we needed an answer as to why monarchies are relevant today, this seems to be it! They seem to bring peace, joy & unity to all those touched by them (well not all I guess, but certainly a lot)
I wanna play WITCH DOCTOR and throw lego out of my old boxes 🇩🇰🇩🇰🇩🇰🇩🇰
We love our King
2:33 "Starts the first day of his reign as Frederik the dense…" 😂
Congratulations 😊

I’m not surprised I’ve always heard that Denmark, is the happiest place on earth
She is smart. To let the Prince now King inherit and for her to enjoy her remaining years away from responsibilities.
Me looking at the English Royal family and their king who is still… "Holding on".
Does he do any work or is he just a king in nane only
