An indictment has been filed in the First Judicial District Court in Santa Fe this involves Alec Baldwin and regards of course the shooting on the movie Set uh of the movie rust uh Baldwin’s lawyers have released a brief statement at luk Nikas and Alex speo uh

Saying this we look forward to our day in court

Alec Baldwin has been indicted on involuntary manslaughter after the death of a producer on the set of Rust.

Frankly, Alec Baldwin cannot be held responsible for the accidental death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.The fault lies with the negligent armorer, Hannah Gutierrez, who provided him with a loaded revolver without his knowledge. It is she who should bear the consequences, not Alec Baldwin. While there may be debates about whether Alec should face charges or have them dropped, we must await the outcome to determine his fate.
