This happened here in the city of Joinville, Santa Catarina, A truck that was transporting sulfonic acid ended up going down the mountains and ran out of brakes, so the truck ended up dropping this acid into Rio The water station ended up affecting 90% of the population without water, but everything is fine now, they managed to solve it
