  2. As a California Expat I can verify that if they aren't driving on a freeway or doing city street shopping , they are clueless on what to do. I mean heaven forbid it rains or the wind blows more than 30 mph. Yeah.. the state gets zero weather. (well i mean.. at least from south of Truckee..
