Why now yeah people ask me this quite often and I really don’t know if I have a good answer for it I mean I think uh part of it is coincidence and I think part of it is that we are kind of um Irish people tell stories very well I
Think just just in the pub to each other we’re good at it we have a long history of it it was com we’re comfortable with it we’re comfortable with story comfortable with song We’re comfortable with poetry these things are just kind of second nature to us but yeah it is
Kind of phenomenal the level of talent that the country is producing for for like five million people that’s kind of extraordinary

I’ve been to Ireland and experienced nothing but really friendly nice people but your assessment is not accurate I’m afraid. At the football matches, in bars and pubs it’s often the Irish and also English that are most violent and prone to physical altercations. Heavy drinking which is a widespread problem there plays a big role. Where there’s smoke there’s fire and they don’t have that reputation for no reason.
