Human Brea or indeed the coffee maker depends on your point of view I suppose but this type of Bot certainly generates a bit of interest at these Shows BBC Foy hazut last I didn’t even know my nickname thanks for coming have a nice day I will thank you very much much more useful and I think more practical are robots that can roam our world doing the more mundane stuff like sweeping the roads here’s a concept robot mooting the

Guest in this robot theme section don’t know where it is oh my oh my gosh this is H1 a remote controlled prototype from Chinese company Unry I’ve seen this outfit at a couple of techs now and although Boston Dynamics has one YouTube with its amazing dog and humanoid Bop vids this is a reminder that this kind of tech is not unique anymore H1 is nowhere near as advanced as some but it does have the

Basic balancing skills which means it can certainly handle some action from a kid from the main streets of Vegas all right I’ve always wanted to do [Laughter] this I think it’s time to Exit Stage right right okay right okay not happy about that

  1. These cheesy "reports" might – MIGHT – be fun and entertaining if only we could SEE what the camera recorded. Instead, the BBC embraces and enforces the lower third as some immutable force of nature, never to be removed… even when it obscures the subject of the video. So stupid.

  2. Developing AI and robots and unable to resolve Gaza issue, Ukraine issue, Taiwan issue…… Well, i think we need more intelligent people to resolve world problems rathar than technology that makes human unemployed.

  3. Unitree bots are copycats of Boston Dynamics. I think Tesla and a few others will make better Humanoid robots I think. Plus they were remote Controlling it on the left as you saw. Pretty lame. If it can't walk on its own, look around

  4. Please people , don’t participate in anything that makes ordinary people poor and jobless and puts even more money into the hands of the very wealthy!

  5. Never, those mad AI people used to say that robots would only replace humans in dangerous jobs but now they want to replace workers in every single situation and professions. Greedy bloody people, Why would I buy a coffee or food that is in fact industrialised? Boycott this madness it's gonna destroy our society.

  6. A robot that can make coffe? not bad, nice but when is it going to be possible for a robot to make any kind of food and prep it all from scratch? I'm looking forward for that day such thing would exist and then I would gladly pay money for it.
