It'll cause distress to the subject of the error.. specially if the delivering process was impeded..
Pay him
I would too
Pay him regardless
Traumatized for life๐ ๐ ๐
Black Folk looking to scam
He will get nothing the numbers did not come out in the draw and they are the only numbers that count๐ข๐ข๐ข๐ข
Hope he has not slapped his boss.
Time to end the BBC poll tax/licence fee!
Its like hitting the jackpot on a slot, then the casino claiming a tech error…but never a error when you lose๐
He should sue whatever company displayed the wrong numbers. If it was Powerball, then they will settle with him eventually because it was their fault.
Just pay him, he actually won it
That is messed up but he lost and it was not the correct numbers. Whoever was the one that put it online is at fault.
Why are you shouting at me??.watched this twice and still missed a few words because she speaks too loud and fast. Horrible

Omg i just put lotto on and i go in to day dreams im 39 lol but ya i just thought this like i won and they said computer said no
Power ball should pay him something, itโs their error not his. ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ง๐๐๐๐๐ฌ๐ง
I see a Vicky Pollard here…
He won , pay him. Fine them for a typo
That's really horrible when it's a life changing amount ๐
Good luck, dipshitt. It's just a glitch, get over it.
He can donate the Jackpot to Trump. ๐๐๐คฃ
lol, the ultimate 'you had ONE job!' and mucked up!
They owe him!
Besides NATO, perhaps some small countries in Eastern Europe need double protection from US military bases! Because facing the powerful threat of Russian military force! We need more defense forces, so US military bases are our best choice! You see, Ukraine doesn't have a US military base, so it's easily occupied by Russia!
Not entirely true , there were 2 set of numbers on DC website. One set were the correct numbers the other ones were testing numbers .
Bigger problem is the guy that threw away his winnig ticket because he initially looked at the fake numbers
He will probably get his $2 back.
EW BRI'TISH PERSON DETECTED
Talk about finding out you're the unluckiest 'winner' in the world!
I am with him – the lottery is a lottery- which he WON
What about if it is some kind of a fraud…
I feel stupid watching this.
He clearly doesn't have a case.
If the court grants him money for a website error, all hell breaks loose. There will be an insane amount of claims for all sorts of errors. The law is for maintaining societal order, not for one man. I'm pretty sure they will settle out of court.
Reading the comments is depressing. People don't know how the law works.
Vive la France vive lโempereur
Stop these pathetic videos
They should say to him that the next big win that goes unclaimed, will go to him
Imagine phoning your boss and telling him you quit and a few other things ๐
my guess is the court will find powerball / dc lottery liable, but wonโt impose damages near that amount. bc i think thereโs absolutely a strong case for gross negligence. but court usually only award actual damages, so loss than he incurred as a result of not winning. thereโs an argument that it caused him emotional and fiscal distress, but probably not $340 million worth of
Read the Ts and Cs of the lottery or at least do a Google search before posting your opinion or go to a cat video or something easy for you
