A dog trapped by raging flood water in Bolivia is rescued by a construction worker hung from a crane

The Orkojahuira River is one of several rivers in the country’s administrative capital La Paz that have flooded due to a recent spell of heavy rains impacting the city. Heavy rains have triggered several landslides in western Bolivia over the past week, resulting in casualties, and leaving dozens homeless, local media reported.
