Lyudmila Navalnaya has published a video on YouTube saying she has been shown the body of her son, the Russian opposition leader who died in prison last week aged 47.

She has accused Russian investigations of blackmailing her over the funeral of her son, claiming they were trying to force her to hold a private burial ceremony without mourners. Navalny’s team have said the death certificate says he died from natural causes.

  1. Its hard to believe that any human being could be capable of what has gone on here.

    Deliberately inflicting cruel torture and punishment on a person just because he was a political oponent.

    The cruelty involved unfair
    courtcases and extreme sentencing for decades.

    Once jailed he was subjected to furthur torture involving isolation,exposure to harsh jail conditions and food restriction in minus zero freezing arctic conditions.

    There are also reports of Navalny being injected with unknown substances.

    And then finally after his death.

    The relatives,friends and direct family were denied an independent postmortum.

    Other Mistreatments of direct relatives in not allowing normal grieving practices immediately after his death such as viewing the body is definitely unnatural.

    And now interfering with personal funeral arrangements is beyond everything.

    When will this perpetuaL cruelty ever end.

  9. Her son broke laws in Russia for the corruption,so he didn't need to come to Russia from Germany. He needed to live in Germany or not to break laws.

  13. I dont understand how Putin has the right to say how and when Navalnaya is buried, he is not his kin or parent? Also what does he mean by "timeframe" are there chemicals at work here that he is blatently letting her know no matter what you will never find out or is this time frame stating I am giving you until xdays and we will bury him anyway? Either way it clearly shows he is trying to cover something up. This is so inhumane.

  15. A very brave woman but I fear for her other son, Oleg, Putin has already started to pursue him on trumped up charges. They will exact revenge on her by killing him. He needs to be taken to USA or UK and apply for asylum and given police protection.

  16. Dont give up, the kreml are afraid that there will be a funeral, and a grave that people can go to. They are afraid of him becoming a martyr.
