Global Support: World Leaders’ React to Princess Kate’s Cancer Diagnosis

Messages of support are flooding in for the Princess of Wales following her announcement yesterday of her cancer diagnosis and early stages of treatment.

Both the UK Prime Minister and prominent figures like Prince Harry have joined in, expressing hopes for her complete recovery.

King Charles, diagnosed with cancer in February, was said to be “proud” of his “beloved” daughter-in-law for her “courage” in speaking about her treatment.

The statement released by Buckingham Palace said the King stayed in close touch with her during these weeks.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle released a short statement, wishing the princess “health and healing”, adding that they hope the family “are able to do so privately and in peace.”

  6. Do not mention Harry and Meghan. We all know stress pays a huge part in illness including cancer. Harry and Meghan have done nothing but hurt the Princess of Wales and caused her so much stress for the last 5 years especially this last year. God Bless The Princess of Wales and her Family.

  24. Please don’t mention the Sussexes when listing world leaders who have send the Princess of Wales their wishes. They are not leaders, they are complete non-entities and if they did send a message, rather like a cheap Hallmark condolence card, it was only done so as not to be ostracised even more than they have already been. As for the question of them having reached out privately I wouldn’t trust them for a second. They are complete hypocrites and any gesture coming from them should be treated with the utmost suspicion and caution. Beware, a leopard doesn’t change its spots!
