Constantine uh it is shocking for her shocking for her family and that is why she appeals in this message as she says she’s getting stronger she’s well that she’s getting stronger every day and she appeals for understanding after thanking everyone for their good wishes and says that uh understandably it’s been a shock

To her and William and what they are very very mindful of is uh explaining this and providing as is necessary and appropriate to the age of their young children aged between 10 uh and what is it five uh their three children um the illness of their mother but that she is

Getting stronger so she appeals for time space and privacy uh and really after all the media speculation and frenzy particular on social media it has to be said that is so uh woefully unregulated uh that vacuum has now been filled by this shock announcement tonight here in London

Kate, the Princess of Wales, said Friday she has cancer and is undergoing chemotherapy.   3. The reality is Royal family are entirely paid by British (and other commonwealth) taxpayer dollars. And unlike politicians who are also paid by taxpayer dollars, taxpayers can't vote in or out Royal members whom don't fit the bill. And it's led to this strange dichotomy over the decades where people are like "ok, the Royal family no longer serves an effective purpose in todays world. SO why do we need them? Why are we still bank rolling them. OK, we agree to keep the monarchy 'as is', but in return for them living off our money – we want access and details into their mysterious lives". 
    But the newer generation of royals want a more private life. And while I can understand wanting a more private life, they are still entirely on the taxpayers payroll. So if they want a life mostly out of the public eye, then they need to stop living off taxpayer dollars and fund their own lives – and they live as privately as they want. I think that is a fair and equitable compromise.
