Earthquake shakes UN security council meeting in New York

A 4.8-magnitude earthquake struck the New York City region on Friday morning, and shaking was experienced during a UN security council meeting. A camera inside the meeting captured the moment the tremors began during a speech by the president of Save the Children, Janti Soeripto. She paused her speech and asked another attender: ‘Is that an earthquake?’
