I hate the guy but that’s the chauffeur who may or may not have disabled badge. Some Customers pay extra for drivers like that so they can use those spaces legally. I hate garage by thr way but I’m Not a fan of picking on shit that don’t matter

Err No he didn’t. You may find this surprising but the person who parked the car, i.e. the driver sits in the front seat not the rear seats.
