French President Emmanuel Macron on Tuesday in a joint news conference with Chinese President Xi Jinping said that France is not at war with Russia. Macron’s comments come a day after Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered a tactical nuclear drill. Last week, Macron did not rule out the possibility of sending troops to Ukraine, angering Russia.

  17. Every country needs to remember if you are sending weapons and soldiers to fight another country than you in essence are at war. Everybody needs to back to hell off and leave Russia alone. Let them deal with the Ukraine. it is a regional conflict and has nothing to do with anyone else. If countries want respect then they need to give it.

  19. Macron says he has no desire for a regime change in Russia. But maybe after France's aggression Putin will now have a desire for regime change in France. Has Macron burnt his fingers? Does Macron have a future in politics? I think the French people will rid themselves of this hyper woke President at the earliest opportunity.
