the last time that Steven and I went on a dolphin watching experience the boat stopped and and we had the opportunity to dive into the water which I did but at the moment I dived the boat went up on a wave and the and the The Wave by the time I hit it went down so I hit it really badly on my head following day were you to fly home upon Landing I just had a massive headache um and turned out that I’d had a stroke fact that I’d hit my head and then the cabin pressure caused a bleed in the brain I couldn’t speak I couldn’t see it was a long recovery Road it was about 8 months to my mind I’m pretty much recovered but it you know could have been so different the two things that each of us wanted out to the race you wanted me to have an adventure and I wanted you to see how strong you [Music] are so far great both of them of an adventure and you were just brilliant thank you
