If you pay close enough attention, every now and then thee folk let the cat out of the bag…. so this idea of Ukraine make their own decisions and not really at the mercy of their patron….The soldier says they could not respond to the Russian soldiers earlier because they had not yet received permission from the US. Confirming what we have always suspected, that orders are no t from Ukraine rather Washington.
