What causes hay fever and what can you do about it? #HayFever #Pollen #BBCNews
we are well into hay fever season so here’s how the weather could be helping or making things worse hay fever is not caused by hay nor is it a fever it’s an allergy to pollen from trees grass and weeds and one in five of us has it pollen levels are higher when it’s hot and humid more sunlight means more flowers blooming means more pollen so levels will be lower when it’s cloudy light winds keep pollen at nose he High not good for sufferers but very windy days lift pollen way up high so levels will be lower rain generally helps keep levels low watching pollen to the ground but heavy rain can make grains of pollen explode making symptoms worse

I feel like rainy spring weather makes it worse for me.
Damp & Molds too! 🤧
Take one tablespoon of local honey a day, and your immune system will build an immunity to the local pollen. I used to have terrible allergies. After taking local honey for about two years I was cured. It took about two years, but its literally gone. I have zero allergies during the summer now.
