Some children walk around with the weight of the world on their shoulders.

That’s why BBC Children in Need are launching ‘The Heaviest Backpack’ to show that these burdens, whether it’s anxiety or problems at home, can weigh children down and follow them everywhere.
The campaign aims to raise awareness and deliver resources to help parents and other trusted adults relieve some of the burden for these children, and open up a nationwide conversation around children’s mental health.

Yeah I also need help 😟😥
Ironic thing is, children are damaging their spines having to actually carry heavy backpacks with their school equipment. Years ago we had our own desks and the teachers came to our classroom. Schools need lockers❤ Inspiring video though.
I love bbc , not the news station tho
Notice how he doesn’t open his pack and talk about the weight he’s carrying? Notice the emotional space we create especially for boys/men? We need to normalize for boys talking about feelings and emotions. I kept waiting to see if he would open his pack and we’d see what he’s carrying. So I’m opening the pack and telling you what’s in it.
I’ve noticed recently a lot of your videos have had a bit of a negative turn – I just want you to know that you seem like a really great guy and you shouldn’t care what people think of you
