  1. It's the same as what the US has. Why is only the US allowed to do it?

The Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) was enacted in 1938. FARA requires certain agents of foreign principals who are engaged in political activities or other activities specified under the statute to make periodic public disclosure of their relationship with the foreign principal, as well as activities, receipts and disbursements in support of those activities. Disclosure of the required information facilitates evaluation by the government and the American people of the activities of such persons in light of their function as foreign agents. The FARA Unit of the Counterintelligence and Export Control Section (CES) in the National Security Division (NSD) is responsible for the administration and enforcement of FARA.

  2. This is the same thing that the Putin regime did in Ukraine after the Orange revolution. I suppose this means Georgia is next. I had thought he was going to stop at the mountains.

  3. I live in the UK and hav been reliably informed I don't have human rights. The UK is in the EU. We never left. The government lied. FYI only.

  4. You should have to report and all it is is a report it doesn't say that they're going to crack down on people. If you're getting money from outside influences you want people to know and understand that.

  5. What's wrong with the foreign agents law? The US has it too…. in fact they have many other laws that allow them to spy on their citizens who have foreign dealings. Once again the US has it sights set on a country that borders Russia and is sowing discord in order to win it over….hence these protests. If Georgians want peace & harmony in their country they should steer clear of the west and try to remain neural.
