“My mum was the one that saved me”

those thoughts of like oh I don’t want to see anyone anymore turn quite serious and then they start turning into I don’t want to be here anymore or like people would be better off without me and it’s when those thoughts start coming in that I was so lucky that I had my mom that I could explain those thoughts to her my mom is so up on mental health and is so up on emotional well-being and um emotional intelligence because she would constantly you know there there would be times where I was like enough that my mom would be like look you don’t have to do your homework I’ll write a note to the teacher but just let’s have a conversation and let’s talk what it did was it it made me start realizing why my brain was acting how it was and that was a massive level of training that I I guess I needed from my mom and and and she was the person that you know saved me in a way because if I never had that if I never had a parent that was there to to talk to me about those things I I would have been kind of you know in that for a long time

  1. What set off alarm bells in my head is that Roman Kemp is 30 and has been on anti-depressants for half of his life. His parents are Martin and Shirley Kemp, he from Spandau Ballet and she from Wham's backing singers Pepsi and Shirley. I know his radio producer and best friend committed suicide a few years ago, but obviously, Roman did not have the best experiences growing up.

  2. God Bumps, about 10 seconds into this.
I for One am Glad you are still here.
In environments, we can pick up emotional dis-ease from many things. As a Grandparent, I have made it this far.
And if I can do that, anybody can.❤
    Keep Living and Loving🙏
