Russia’s new defence minister has claimed that the Army is continuing its advance on Ukrainian territory as the war progresses and has managed to take control of 880 sq kms of land. Andrey Belousov added that Russian forces has pushed Ukraine 8-9 kms back into the Kharkiv region, where Russia launched its surprise offensive on May 10. If confirmed, this could be the largest gains for Russia in just 5 months as compared to the whole of 2023. Watch for more details.
