He is 35. How about develop a youngster instead? While the French clubs keep on developing youngsters at a rapid pace, Italian clubs prefer over the hill veterans, hoping to squeeze one more season out of them.
Acerbi, Mkhi, Darmian, Cuadrado, Arnautovic, Alexis Sanchez. All over the hill veterans whos spots should have belonged to locally developed players.

He just joined Hajduk Split
