Can someone help me out, i would like to go to the movies but don’t know if this movie is in english or german.

Both, it seems: “dF” is probably short for “deutsche Fassung”, “engl. OmU” for something like “englische Originalfassung mit Untertiteln”. So if you want to watch the movie in English (with subtitles, though I’m not sure if they’re in English or German), look for the latter.
