Russian culture in a nutshell – is to kill everybody – men, women and even children .. they don’t care, as long at Putler can continue in power. Human lives has not value for Putler.
Genuinely question, why are such targets hit during the war in Ukraine and Gaza? From a political perspective (even though there are obviously no consequences), wouldn’t that missile have been used more effectively on a legitimate target? Or is it just to strike fear into people
