Russia launched a barrage of missiles at Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities on Monday, killing at least 20 people. The missiles hit a children’s hospital in Kyiv. Ukraine’s President Zelenskyy said more than 40 missiles were fired. According to Kyiv city authorities, at least 25 were hurt and seven people were killed. In Kryviy Rih, 10 people were killed and 31 others were hurt. Another three people died in Pokrovsk when missiles hit an industrial facility.

Ukraine wants to keep fighting and wont except a deal so the war continues, it's Ukraine's choice, and Russia doesn't target civilians, what Ukraine says, and reality are two different things. Ukraine targets civilians as well.
