  1. Truly interested to see when folks in Nevada and Arizona finally say, “That’s it. I’m done.” Then watch the real estate market in Phoenix / Scottsdale implode.

  2. “While this is a very exciting time to experience potential world record setting temperatures in Death Valley, we encourage visitors to choose their activities carefully, avoiding prolonged periods of time outside of an air-conditioned vehicle or building when temperatures are this high,” said park Superintendent Mike Reynolds.

    How exciting.

  3. There’s a monument in Baker called “The Worlds Tallest thermometer” that was built to commemorate the record of 57°c (134f) in the Death Valley in 1913, but now this article states that is an “all-time temperature record”, what am I missing?

  4. Phoenix was never meant to be a location for humans to settle. Imagine those who have no A/C in this area people be dying by the thousand everyweek..I read that some prisons want to release the non violent prisoners early because the inmates are cooking inside cramp cells that were meant for two person has four .
