F-16s are known for their speed. They move faster than almost anything the Russians have.

The f-16 is a good airplane.
But it's will not change much on it's own without a support network.
And more problematic, they are probably planning to operate them from Polish and Romanian airfields.
Russia will have no other option than to attack these airfields, dragging NATO into it and officially starting WW3.
Russia is still trying to defeat Ukraine? I thought it was going to be a 3 day special military operation. 😂
It will be interesting to see what will happen when the F-16s are stationed in Poland and Romania. We will see how that helps with Putler's special military operation then. [That as the poster below mentioned that would only last a week. Now they are bankrupt. Again.

It will a turkey shoot, F16 is a fossil, over 40 years old against modern Russian defences.
In the heart of Ukraine, the world's support is a relentless force against an imposing foe.
My guess, they will start from NATO neighbouring nations, flown by Ukrainian pilots and if necessary, refueled in air by American tankers for missions over Eastern Ukraine and Russia. That way, runways and infrastructure will be optimal for F16s.
