The public reacts to the UK general election exit poll outside of the BBC. #GeneralElection #BBCNews

this is what I wanted it’s just been 14 years of the Tories and I’m so happy that it’s finally going to change I think it’s a historic moment I’m 20 so I’ve lived through 14 years of the conservative government it’s the first time in memory that I can see uh labor government coming in and uh I’m excited to see what happens wow just you know not surprised not particularly passionate for either side be nice to see if we can get some students involvement uh cuz no one seems to really be offering anything for students at the moment let’s rebuild let’s rebuild and and I can’t swear can I thank God for that can’t say I’m too happy that it’s you know it’s labor but definitely a better option so i’ say experiencing a level of profound relief coupled with a sense of Malay as well because I think there’s just a bit of expectancy as to how this is really going to go what is this majority going to entail

  1. M0r0ns voting for Labour with no clue as to the ramifications! Millions more illegals w/no background checks – violent crime will soar – taxes will increase – working class jobs will be replaced by illegals – Govt Debt will soar – just awful

  2. I’m no supporter of any career politicians and if you think things will be better under labour you have been brainwashed into believing it
Not a chance in hell in fact it will be worse make no mistake about it
If you voted labour you are the problem for the next 5 years of pure
Corruption and evil agendas against their own people so thanks for that

  3. I’m glad they’re all happy and optimistic, because in a couple years time, they’ll realise the Labour Party is no different and just as bad, with trust broken, we will actually see true change.

  4. Yes,yes i watch it ,the result,during the night.
If it is not Labour, whe else, siily comment some.
Blair was the election i remembered…
Nor Starmer,he too a barrister,i only just read,Starmer wife is also a lawyer, coincidentally…Blair versus Blair his wife.

  6. None can convey foolishness and idiocy with such elegance as the brits… Well, those who know, they know. Here we see chicken endorsing KFC…. Time will tell..

  7. These are students from London who have never lived under a Labour government. Let's hear what they have to say after 14 years of Kier Starmer. In for a disappointment me thinks! 😂

  8. I am happy for labour voters that they are so happy. the rest of us were resigned to defeat anyway. it's better than having everyone miserable. it won't last though ! and the rest of us know that

  9. 1) labour got as many votes as it got in 2019 pretty much, and 2) 17 million pro Brexit votes was considered by the left (and the bbc…) as a majority of the votes but not a true mandate as 45 million didn’t vote for it – Labour just got 9.6 million votes. Ta

  10. 保守党に反対するために投票したのなら、生活は決して良くはならないでしょうね。
    論理的に、Aが悪いからといってBがAより良いとは限らない。

  12. You cut out the best part: the count down before the exit poll was announced. You know you f'ed up when people count down and cheer your demise like it's the New Year.
