Because he fired the gun that untimately killed her and I hope he goes to prison for it
Can't blame him for a prop
Why is it his fault?
But how the hell was he supposed to know the gun was loaded with a real bullet?
But he's got a smoking hot wife. So… he's good
He doesn't follow directions….Alec was on set, randomly firing his pistol like an idiot when told not to….that's why! and he's the boss! so theres that.
Alec wasn't at fault, because of an incompetent crew member. He has to live with this horrific memory.
This seems like the crew wasn’t setting the man up fr the props person should’ve been fired and put to trail this is so wrong
Well, as the producer ….
Free advertising?
He should be in jail for murder.
this is why gun safety should be important on any gun even a toy gun
Somehow he is on trial and not the production company, and meanwhile Boeing was put on trial for murdering people with negligence and not one individual real human being IN Boeing has been arrested or put on trial for their intentional acts of corruption. Crazy.
Poor bloke 😢 Not his fault ffs
The boss is liable indirectly, don't know if that was him or not
This film 'Rust' ought to be pretty realistic. 👌🏻
Nasty business!!
Is it perhaps to counter the rumours on social media etc.
This is exactly the reason why you never trust a person that hands you a gun ( not in a mean way)
Alec Baldwin is not responsible for the accidental death of the cinematographer. The props girl is responsible. Not only did she loan the gun out but I believe she has some angst against Alec. Whether or not that’s true she was responsible for loading, unloading the proper dummy rounds. It looks suspicious because apparently she knows the difference between live rounds & dummy rounds. On a jury I would find her at fault for the death of the cinematographer out of malice or negligence❗️ She’s looking at 10-15 yrs depending on what comes out in that courtroom. Journalists need to dig deeper into the Props girl that goes to show her character and any feelings of guilt, defensive or reckless behavior in her past.
Odd comments here. I’m a Brit but grew up with rifles & shotguns + did 6 years infantry. Pointing a weapon loaded or not directly at someone and pulling the trigger is just such a no no it’s in every safety brief & throughout the culture. And he was the exec producer + has had a million safety briefings. American media even the left is not defending him bcos they are far more used to dealing with guns & know he acted badly and possibly criminally
(Also ref the armourer you can’t mix up live rounds with blanks unless you’re blind or insane. Theres literally no pointy lumpy of metal poking out the casing on a blank it’s just crimped shut basically. She’s talking shit and or lying)
